Policy Notice

1. Hours: Our Order Department will be open from 9:00am until 5:00pm Eastern Standard time.You may call in your order during those hours or order online at anytime.
2. Orders: Special orders may not be canceled without prior authorization; prices and terms of sale are subject to change without notice.
3. Freight- Freight will be prepaid on orders exceding $500.00. On all orders less than $500.00 there will be a minimum charge of $8.00.
4. Returned Goods- No returned goods will be accepted without prior authorization from Designer Home Hardware. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for returned goods.
5. Shipping- All orders received by 3:00pm will be shipped out same day via UPS depending upon stock availability.
6. Warranty- All warranties are subject to the factory warranty. The liability of Designer Home Hardware is specifically limited to replacement or refund as provided, and shall not exceed any direct or consequential damages. Also, Designer Home Hardware will not be liable for installation, removal, labor, or refinishing charges.
